Soft yellow stars begin atop tall scapes and as a bud builder, the show is extended. What you see on the new scape is not all you get! After the first bloom, it takes a short rest, and then blooms again, taller, hence the name. Often here it will bloom a third time, taller still. It is a wonderful accent to any flower bed, and a good increaser as well. Prolifs are not uncommon, and Gravity Schmavity sets bee pods every year here.
