Here is a flower to wake you up! This bright star appeared in the seedling patch in 2002, blooming short but so promising in color and rebloom that it got to stay despite space constraints. Oh, did it improve! This is a flower of great substance, with presence to match, and it can rebloom twice. It took to division without any pause in improvements, hurray! It is also less popular with the flower-disfiguring insects than most daylilies; another unexpected bonus.
